Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior program leader for its Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor, overseeing capital projects from planning to handover, while guiding client relationships and project delivery in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance alignment, develop tools to improve operations, and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and client teams to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in capital projects or related field.
• 10+ years experience in the data center industry including MEP disciplines.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital projects.
• Experience in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong client relationships.
• Support business development through industry expertise, thought leadership, and proposal development.
• Act as an Owner's Representative overseeing capital projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery activities aligning with budgets, schedules and performance.
• Develop program tools and initiatives for operational excellence and client success.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present to executive leadership.
• Monitor program performance, analyze metrics, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Advise on resource planning and OFE management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and client teams for successful execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure effective communication across teams and vendors.
