Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced proposals leader to drive end-to-end responses to RFx, ensuring brand alignment, quality, and compliance. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules and content, and deliver compelling bids that win high-stakes projects across the built environment in the US.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years in proposal management, with strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 years of proposal/pursuit management experience in AEC or professional services.
• 6 years of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3 years with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams) in proposal workflows.
• 3 years producing proposal/marketing collateral with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of RFx responses and marketing assets with brand alignment and compliance.
• Manage multiple pursuits, prioritize deadlines, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Review solicitation documents for compliance, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
