Job summary

RSI is seeking an Information Governance Manager in Westminster, CO to lead the governance program across legacy management. You will set strategic direction for information architecture, taxonomy and records lifecycle, while ensuring compliance and security across enterprise platforms.

Join a cross-functional team and help shape governance standards, metadata practices, and information risk management to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Information Governance / Knowledge Management / Records Management.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments or federal contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead information governance personnel and govern knowledge management functions.
• Develop and manage enterprise governance standards and roadmaps.
• Oversee taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DOE directives, regulations, and privacy laws.
• Collaborate with IT, Records, Legal, and business units to secure information assets.
• Support SharePoint Online and MS365 governance and retention policies.
• Drive information lifecycle management and risk assessments.
