Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Information Governance Manager in Grand Junction, CO. You will lead governance across information architecture, taxonomy, records management, and compliance, guiding a multidisciplinary team and aligning with DOE directives and privacy requirements.

The role requires strategic governance development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and oversight of enterprise platforms including SharePoint Online and MS365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Admin, Library Science or related field.
• 7 years of information governance/knowledge management/records management experience.
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in regulated environments or federal contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the Information Governance Program across key domains.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture initiatives.
• Ensure SharePoint Online and MS 365 governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, records, privacy, and business stakeholders.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and drive organizational maturity.
