RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Information Governance Manager in Grand Junction, CO. You will lead governance programs across information architecture, taxonomy, and records management, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic leadership, knowledge management, and experience with Microsoft 365 governance, SharePoint Online, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields acceptable.
• 7 years of information governance/knowledge management/records management experience.
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the Information Governance Program across multiple domains.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, data management, cyber security, and stakeholders to ensure security and compliance.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for information governance and related capabilities.
• Support governance councils, working groups, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOE directives and federal regulations.
