Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Morgantown, WV seeks an Information Governance Manager to drive governance strategy across information architecture, taxonomy, and lifecycle management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure assets are secure, compliant, and accessible.

The role requires leadership in regulated environments, expertise in SharePoint Online and MS 365 governance, and a strategic roadmap for enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 7 years of Information Governance / Knowledge Management / Records Management experience.
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, government organizations, or federal contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Information Governance personnel and initiatives.
• Establish team priorities, objectives, and professional development plans.
• Develop and continuously improve Information Governance Framework, policies and standards.
• Lead Governance Councils and stakeholder forums for alignment.
• Oversee enterprise information lifecycle management practices.
• Monitor compliance with DOE directives, regulations, and records management requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight of taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture.
• Partner with business units to maintain governance standards for SharePoint Online and MS 365.
• Support enterprise migration initiatives with governance and retention requirements.
• Develop knowledge management strategies and tools for organizational learning.
• Conduct governance assessments and risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Management, Cyber Security, and stakeholders to ensure security and access.
• Create a strategic roadmap for Information Governance and related capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce information silos and improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
