Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC seeks an Information Governance Manager to lead the program across legacy management, information architecture, taxonomy, and governance across key domains. Location: Westminster, CO; travel <20%. Exempt, full-time with a salary range of $115,000–$145,000 per year.

You will steer enterprise standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure information assets remain secure, accessible, and compliant with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 7+ years of Information Governance / Knowledge Management / Records Management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments or federal contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Information Governance personnel across governance domains.
• Develop and implement enterprise Information Governance Frameworks and standards.
• Chair Governance Councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment.
• Oversee lifecycle management: creation, classification, storage, retention, and disposition.
• Ensure compliance with DOE directives, federal regs, and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate to govern SharePoint Online, MS 365, and related platforms.
