RSI in Morgantown, WV, is seeking an Information Governance Manager to lead the Information Governance Program across Legacy Management, providing strategic direction and oversight.
This role oversees information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle management, and governance of SharePoint Online and MS365, with cross‑functional collaboration.
Exempt, full‑time position with a $115k–$145k salary, travel under 20%, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; related field considered.
- 7+ years of information governance/knowledge management/records management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in regulated environments or government contractors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead information governance personnel across governance, taxonomy, and architecture.
- Develop and implement governance framework, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT, Records, Privacy, and security teams to ensure compliance.
- Guide SharePoint Online and MS365 governance across the enterprise.
- Drive information lifecycle management and data classification initiatives.
