Influur is reimagining influencer marketing with a data-driven and AI-enabled approach. We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving long-term growth for brands and agencies.

You will sit at the intersection of account management, campaign execution, and commercial strategy, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and uncovering opportunities to expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, Client Services or similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including campaign planning, creator collaborations, deliverables, timelines, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact for brands or agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing client expectations, resolving challenges, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Commercial awareness and experience identifying opportunities to grow or expand existing client relationships.
• Confidence discussing campaign budgets, proposals, and client needs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management platforms, and reporting tools.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Comfort using AI tools and experimenting with technology to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of brand and agency clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Build long-term partnerships by understanding each client's business, objectives, and priorities.
• Lead client meetings, campaign updates, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
• Proactively manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve challenges.
• Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their Influur experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client briefs into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or expand partnerships.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and client communications.
