Influur is reimagining how advertising works through creators, data, and AI. Our mission is to make influencer marketing as measurable, predictable, and scalable as paid media - and we're building the tech that makes it possible.
Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global brands, we're scaling fast across music, culture, and entertainment.
We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager who loves building strong client relationships, understands how influencer marketing campaigns come to life, and knows how to turn great partnerships into long-term growth.
This role sits at the intersection of account management, campaign execution, and commercial strategy.
You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, making sure their campaigns run smoothly, their goals are met, and their experience with Influur is exceptional.
You'll also play an important role in identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new business relationships when the opportunity arises.
We're not looking for a traditional salesperson. We're looking for someone who understands that the best commercial opportunities often come from delivering outstanding results, earning clients' trust, and becoming a strategic partner to their business.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of brand and agency clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding each client's business, marketing objectives, and priorities.
- Lead client meetings, campaign updates, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
- Proactively manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve challenges before they become bigger issues.
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their experience with Influur.
Campaign Oversight & Execution
- Work closely with Campaign Management, Creator Outreach, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear internal priorities and actionable campaign plans.
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across stakeholders.
- Anticipate operational challenges, coordinate solutions, and keep campaigns moving forward.
- Understand campaign performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain high standards of quality, organization, and accountability across multiple campaigns and accounts.
Account Growth & Commercial Development
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, repeat campaigns, and expanded partnerships.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client's business to anticipate future needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work, and commercial recommendations.
- Participate in conversations around budgets, renewals, and partnership expansion.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry connections to identify potential new business opportunities.
- Support new client conversations and business development initiatives when relevant.
While commercial growth is an important part of the role, new client acquisition is not its primary focus. Success starts with building strong, successful, and growing client partnerships.
AI, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Use AI tools to improve account management workflows, client communication, campaign coordination, and reporting.
- Track account health, campaign performance, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account information, communication records, and commercial opportunities in CRM and project management tools.
- Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make client operations more efficient, scalable, and data-driven.

You're the Type Who
- You're a relationship builder. You genuinely enjoy working with people, understanding their needs, and becoming someone clients trust.

- You have a commercial mindset. You naturally recognize opportunities to grow an account, recommend new solutions, and create value for both the client and the business.
- You understand execution. You know that a great client relationship means very little if the work doesn't get delivered. You care about details, deadlines, and results.
- You take ownership. When something goes wrong, you don't wait for someone else to fix it. You communicate, find solutions, and move things forward.
- You're AI-curious. You actively explore how technology can help you work smarter, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the client experience.
- You're proactive. You anticipate what clients and internal teams will need before they ask.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and processes are constantly improving.
- You think strategically and act quickly. You can connect day-to-day campaign execution with broader business goals without losing momentum.
- You care about the details. You're organized, reliable, and committed to delivering work that both your clients and teammates can count on.
You’ll have the opportunity to own meaningful client relationships, work closely with leading brands and creators, and help shape how influencer marketing operates in an AI-first world.
You’ll be part of a team that's building something new, moving quickly, and rethinking what's possible at the intersection of creators, technology, and advertising.
If you're excited about building relationships, delivering exceptional campaigns, and turning great client experiences into long-term partnerships, we'd love to meet you.
