Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Account Manager to grow and manage sales within the assigned territory, crafting and executing a strategic business plan aligned with leadership and company guidelines.

You will develop relationships with institutional customers, educate stakeholders with approved resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales while adhering to compliance guidelines. Domestic travel of 60–70% is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience in complex institutions.
• Experience in refractory HSV, IC, HSCT, SOT or hematologic malignancies preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve account goals without direct authority.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• HCIR credentialing to gain entry into facilities in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic business plan to maximize net sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of territory dynamics, products, competitors, and disease states.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders.
• Educate institutional audiences using approved resources and promotional initiatives.
• Increase access and adoption at the institutional level, supporting protocol development and care transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports; manage expenses per policy.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.
