Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in business, science, or related discipline required.
• 7–10 years in specialty pharma sales to complex institutions.
• Experience in HSV, IC, HSCT or hematologic malignancies preferred.
• Ability to work and lead cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a strategic business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Develops, implements, and expands knowledge of territory, market dynamics, products, and competitors.
• Builds and maintains relationships with institutional audiences including Key Opinion Leaders.
• Educates institutional audiences using approved resources, materials, and promotions.
• Increases access and adoption at the institutional level through protocol development and care pathways.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales activities and reports.
• Participates in local and regional events and conferences.
• Collaborates with Sales Ops, Field Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.
• Meets sales goals while adhering to compliance and promotional regulations.
• Organizes territory-specific events and participates in special projects.
