Qualifications

• 7–10 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience in complex institutions.
• Thorough product, disease area, and market knowledge.

• Ability to educate stakeholders using approved materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic business plans to maximize territory sales.
• Develop knowledge of territory dynamics, products, competitors, and disease states.
• Build relationships with institutional audiences including Key Opinion Leaders.
• Educate stakeholders using approved resources and promotional initiatives.
• Increase access and adoption at institutional level; support treatment pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations and Marketing.
