Job summary

TikTok is seeking a strategic-minded Business Analytics professional to partner with product and business teams in San Jose. The role focuses on translating external industry patterns into strategic direction and actionable initiatives across multiple business lines.

You will monitor AI and internet product trends, design strategies, and coordinate with peers to drive project execution while building a Bay Area network of AI industry contacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification(s): Bachelor's degree or above
• A passion for user-facing products, with the ability to keenly capture changes in external industry trends and provide forward-looking judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and research global internet product and AI industry trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Track industry developments and deliver insights to support strategic direction and initiatives.
• Design product strategies from integrated industry and business perspectives and coordinate with multiple teams to drive implementation.
• Liaise with relevant business teams, analyze key issues, coordinate complex projects, and drive their execution.
• Build a Bay Area AI industry network and share forward-looking insights with strategy and business teams.
