Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager with experience in Homebuilder & Community Finance Banking to drive income through existing and new client relationships. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial solutions including loans, deposits, card spend, and investments across industries.

You will manage a portfolio, work with partners across the firm, and stay current on market trends while ensuring risk controls and strong client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of real estate or commercial banking experience preferred, including credit analysis and/or portfolio management or business development with a focus on HBCF clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, industry trends and financial acumen.
• Formal Credit Training or commensurate underwriting experience required.
• Self-starter with goals-driven work style and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Focus on client coverage through disciplined calling and understanding client objectives.
• Partner across the firm to deliver the whole bank and manage deals from inception to close.
• Stay informed on market trends, especially Real Estate, and build knowledge base.
• Identify and mitigate various risks and manage risk/return for clients.
• Utilize reports and systems to manage pipeline and sales production.
