Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Experience in industrial automation preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, systems integration or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert your customers need.
• Understand industry, drivers, standards, and customer goals to align Rockwell offerings.
• Manage account growth strategy and coordinate with extended team.
• Develop into a trusted advisor with deep business and process knowledge.
• Influence decisions, qualify opportunities, and coordinate solution design.
• Collaborate with Industry Managers, the account team and domain experts.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel in CRM (Dynamics).
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to support proposals.
• Manage account reviews and partner expectations.
