Job summary

ASML US in Wilton is seeking an Industrial Strategy Project Manager to co‑develop sourcing strategies for glass, ceramic modules, optics and mechatronic components. You will influence IPM decisions and work across ASML sites to align capabilities with market needs.

You will lead make‑buy proposals, shape supplier landscapes, and collaborate with Technology, Operations, Finance and Legal to drive high‑tech product design and procurement excellence.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD in technology required or equivalent.
• 10+ years semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and deal‑making skills.
• Willingness to learn glass, ceramic modules, optics and mechatronic technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cross‑sector aligned make‑buy proposals for Wilton products and technologies for IPM decisions.
• Contribute to ASML's make‑strategy, including distribution of competencies across ASML sites.
• Co‑develop suppliers landscape strategy with Category manager and cross‑sector stakeholders.
