Job summary

ASML US is seeking a senior procurement professional to manage assigned suppliers and an overall commodity base. You will pursue continuous improvements, negotiate LTSA agreements, and drive cost reductions while ensuring on-time, in-spec delivery and strong supplier relationships.

The role requires experience in high-tech manufacturing, complex negotiations, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience; minimum 10 years in supplier management in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics and complex negotiations, strategic planning and financial analysis is essential.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required

Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in the supply base and prepare for supplier responses.
• Lead one or more Sourcing Teams in supplier selection and LTSA negotiations.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and addenda.
• Monitor contractual compliance of suppliers and ASML.
• Drive cost and lead-time reductions across the supply base.
• Prepare supplier spending forecasts and monitor supplier financial health.
• Coordinate communications with suppliers and lead SAT meetings.
• Support supply base rationalization and participate in supplier quality audits.
