Job summary

ASML US seeks a seasoned Senior Supplier Manager to lead the supplier base and a commodity strategy. You will drive major sourcing actions, negotiate long-term agreements, and monitor supplier performance to cut costs and lead times.

The role requires extensive experience with complex negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, and travel. On-site presence is required for key meetings and supplier engagements, with opportunities to influence global procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supplier management experience in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience developing long term supplier agreements and strong business relationships.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned suppliers and a commodity supply base to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery at lowest total cost.
• Lead one or more Sourcing Teams and drive LTSA and NPI agreement negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost and lead-time reductions.
• Prepare supplier spending forecasts and monitor supplier financial health.
• Coordinate communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders; participate in SAT meetings.
• Drive supplier base rationalization and participate in supplier quality audits.
