Job summary

McGraw Kokosing, a leading industrial maintenance contractor, seeks a Business Development Manager for Industrial Solutions to deepen client relationships, prospect new clients, and support proposals and estimates.

This role blends construction and fabrication knowledge with relationship-building; 10+ years in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication is required, 15+ preferred. High school diploma required; engineering degree a plus. Proficiency with Word/Outlook essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication (15+ years preferred).
• High School diploma required; engineering degree is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with existing clients and prospect new ones.
• Troubleshoot with clients to develop solutions and support proposals.
• Set up meetings between clients and practice leaders; assist with quotes and estimates.
• Maintain CRM data including leads, opportunities, and contacts.
• Represent Kokosing at industry events and local/state/national groups.
