Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking a Business Development Manager - Industrial Solutions to deepen client relationships, prospect new accounts, and support proposals and estimates. The role blends construction/fabrication know-how with strong relationship-building and solution development.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication, with 15+ years preferred, and a BS in engineering is a plus but not required. Strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication; 15+ years preferred.
• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; strong communication skills.

Job Description:

Activities of the Business Development Manager - Industrial Solutions include, but are not limited to, furthering relationships with existing clients, prospecting of new clients, troubleshooting with clients to develop solutions, supporting proposal and estimating efforts, participation in industry events, and use of a CRM to manage contacts and leads. This role combines technical understanding of construction and fabrication with the soft skills of developing solutions.

Desired experiences include:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication, with 15+ years preferred
• High School Education or equivalent required
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft software including Word and Outlook
