McGraw Kokosing, a leading industrial maintenance contractor, seeks a Business Development Manager – Industrial Solutions in Middletown, OH. The role focuses on strengthening existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting proposals and estimates.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP maintenance/construction, a BS in engineering is a plus, and proficiency in MS Word/Outlook.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication preferred
• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to expand business
• Prospect new clients and expand the company’s customer base
• Support proposal development and estimating efforts, including schedules or quotes
• Set up meetings between client decision-makers and leaders to advance opportunities
• Participate in industry events and maintain CRM data of leads, opportunities, contacts, and competitors
