Job summary

Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to drive strategic growth in our industrial services business. A minimum of 50% travel is expected, and the role is remote.

This position is not transactional; you will engage with engineering and operations teams to position RMS as a value-added partner. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong industry relationships and a proven ability to close high-value opportunities.

• Evaluate customer requirements to tailor solutions.
• Lead quoting and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure technical alignment and execution success.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular customer visits and industry engagement.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic growth initiatives.
