Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our industrial services portfolio from the Houston facility.

This role requires understanding complex repair challenges and engaging with engineering and operations to position RMS Fusion as a valued partner. You will build strategic client relationships, identify opportunities in coating, grinding, and refurbishment, and lead quotes for high-value work across oil & gas and heavy industry.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling in oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial markets.
• Proven track record in high-value sales and profitable growth.
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and define scope.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%+ and work from RMS Houston facility.

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business within target industrial markets.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities for component repair, coating, grinding, and refurbishment services.
• Evaluate customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to define scope.
• Lead quoting and negotiation for complex, high-value jobs.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure alignment, execution, and satisfaction.
• Maintain field presence through regular customer visits and industry engagement.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic growth initiatives.
