Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to plan, track, and deliver rotating equipment projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate with customers and RMS disciplines, manage schedules, and maintain both electronic and paper folders throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with daily interaction across engineering, purchasing, shop, and accounting to ensure contractual requirements are met.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or with rotating equipment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and manage project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify project paperwork and clarify RMS responsibilities during kickoff.
• Coordinate with marketing/sales on schedules, changes, and deliverables for customers.
• Write requisitions and track purchase orders from placement to delivery.
• Track work order progress and prioritize shop activities across disciplines.
• Review payment terms with accounting and assist in invoicing and progress reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and RMS teams throughout the project.
