Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a high-impact Sales Executive to drive growth in Process Automation across oil & gas, chemicals, and energy sectors. You will engage C-level stakeholders, translate business needs into technical and financial proposals, and close high-value deals with a strategic, value-based approach.

You will travel up to 70% in the I-10 corridor, develop account plans, and collaborate with internal experts to win new business and expand Schneider Electric's automation footprint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
• 5+ years of complex, solution selling sales experience in Schneider Electric targeted industries with a net new focus.
• Experience selling Drives, DCS, PLC, Safety Systems, SCADA and Cybersecurity to refineries, petrochemicals, upstream/midstream, pulp & paper and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Develop technical proposals and deliver demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts to close complex deals.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations.
