Schneider Electric seeks an experienced sales leader to drive Industrial Automation growth in the U.S. You will identify opportunities across oil & gas, chemicals, energy, and petrochemicals, develop technical proposals, and close complex deals that expand Schneider Electric’s market share.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, develop strategic account plans, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver ROI-driven proposals. Willingness to travel up to 70% along the I-10 corridor is required.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or Economics.
• 5+ years of complex, solution selling sales experience in a Schneider Electric targeted industry with a net new focus.
• Sales experience with Drives, DCS, PLC, Safety Systems, SCADA and Cybersecurity into refineries and petrochemical plants.
• Ability to translate Schneider Electric offerings into value for industry customers.
• Strategic sales, relationship, and account management experience at a major services organization, preferably globally.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth and meet annual orders for Schneider Electric Process Automation.
• Grow Process Automation portfolio with new customers; focus on net-new business.
• Lead development and execution of designated account plans; optimize sales cycles with value-based selling.
• Coordinate deal crafting and positioning; lead or participate in contract negotiations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships at all levels within customers' organizations.
