Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect sourcing across multiple sites in the United States.

You will handle the full procurement lifecycle, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost savings while maintaining policy compliance. The role requires 3–5+ years in procurement, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and Coupa.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite and Coupa are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing and sourcing for indirect categories aligned with budgets and policies.
• Manage procurement lifecycle: requisition to purchase order to delivery and resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand demand, timing, and service needs.
• Support bidding, negotiations, and contract lifecycle activities with leadership.
• Perform spend analysis and identify opportunities for savings and standardization.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk, ensuring compliance with terms.
