Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, or category leadership in healthcare or regulated industries.
• 5+ years leading procurement or category management teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide indirect spend programs in healthcare or regulated sectors preferred.
• Proven track record delivering transformational procurement initiatives and enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategy.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, and supplier strategies.
• Lead procurement planning to optimize total cost of ownership, service levels, and supplier performance.
• Establish governance frameworks and policies for enterprise-wide procurement.
