Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or related regulated industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategies.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, supplier strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead procurement planning to optimize total cost of ownership, service levels, supplier performance, and efficiency.
• Establish governance, standards, and policies for consistent procurement across the enterprise.
