Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Manager of Incentive Compensation in Orange County, CA. You will design and administer incentive plans, collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR and Legal, and drive impactful compensation strategies that motivate field teams while aligning with fiscal goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a quantitative or business field and 4+ years in Commercial Operations, with pharma/dermatology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field is required.
• 4+ years of Commercial Operations experience in a corporate setting is required.
• Pharma experience in dermatology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing administration of sales incentive compensation plans.
• Develop reporting and tracking for stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and system automation in IC programs.
• Develop accrual forecasts to align plans with budgets.
