Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking an Incentive Compensation Analyst to manage the end-to-end administration of incentive plans. You will design and model plans, manage eligibility, calculate payments, and produce reports while coordinating with stakeholders across risk, HR, and finance.

You will support compliance with government requirements, assist with audits, and help develop processes and tools for efficient payouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3+ years of related experience or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Administer incentive compensation plans including design, modeling, eligibility management and payment calculation.
• Collaborate with Lending Origination Officers, Relationship Managers and business unit managers to process incentive payments.
• Review eligibility and calculation discrepancies, communicate plan details, and support audits and regulatory compliance.
