Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks an Incentive Compensation Analyst to administer incentive programs, design plans, and ensure accurate payments. You will liaise with lenders, relationship managers, and business leaders to process requests and resolve eligibility issues while supporting audit and regulatory compliance.

You will help with data analysis, modeling, and governance, contributing to the ongoing improvement of compensation processes across the bank.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience with Varicent incentive compensation platform preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer incentive compensation plans, including design, modeling, eligibility, payments, reporting and governance.
• Collaborate with Lending Origination Officers, Relationship Managers and business units to process incentive requests and resolve eligibility issues.
• Draft and present materials for audits and risk reviews; support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Produce monthly trend analyses and quantitative reports on compensation data.
• Assist with plan deployment, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
