• Conducts analysis to recommend incentive plan design changes and sales performance improvements
• Develops models to determine incentive plan payouts
• Interacts with management on incentive design, payouts, and sales performance
• Collaborates with technology/vendors to address user issues as needed
• Audits and validates results between systems of record and end results
• Performs ad hoc analyses as requested
