U.S. Bank is seeking a Compensation Risk professional to operationalize risk management for incentive plans and related governance. You will validate and back-test risk controls, monitor compensation exceptions, and support annual risk assessments.

The role requires collaboration with HR, risk, and compliance teams; strong project management and communication skills are essential. The position is based at a U.S. Bank location with ongoing training and governance responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of applicable experience.

Mansioni

• Validate and back-test Sales & Referral Campaigns, Volcker requirements, and incentive plans.
• Monitor executive compensation exception and retention; review remediation plans.
• Participate in annual business line plan risk assessments and project renewals.
• Attend project meetings; document required changes to the system of record; perform UAT.
