Job summary

Rural Electric Inc. is seeking an In-House Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments. You will forecast needs, post openings on our ATS and job boards, source candidates, screen resumes, and lead interviews to present top candidates to hiring managers.

You’ll partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen our employer brand and attend networking events to attract talent. This role is based in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

Associates degree in HR or related field; or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of recruiting or HR-related experience.

Responsibilities

Forecast hiring needs with division managers.
Decide on qualifications for positions in collaboration with division managers.
Manage full recruiting lifecycle from finding to offer negotiation.
Post job openings on relevant job boards and social networks.
Source qualified candidates through multiple channels.
Screen resumes and manage candidates through hiring process.
Schedule and conduct interviews (phone or video).
Update ATS with candidate status.
Provide screening feedback to hiring managers.
Attend networking events and promote employment opportunities and employer brand.
Encourage referrals from employees and industry colleagues.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing on employer branding and innovative recruitment strategies.
Report status of open positions to hiring managers and HR.
