Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to meet business goals within timeframes and budgets. You will oversee milestones, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Candidate should have 3+ years of PM experience, PMP or equivalent certification preferred, and familiarity with ADP products. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from initiation to closure.
• Create detailed project plans with deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the project team in a matrix organization.
• Ensure milestones are met and coordinate resources across departments.
• Lead stakeholder communications and provide status reports.
