Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Jupiter, FL seeks a Manager, Project Management to oversee a team responsible for Long Term Agreements and transactional projects. You will ensure alignment with customers, PSM, and Sales, guiding planning, execution, and governance end-to-end.

The role requires directing multiple projects, managing budgets and schedules, and driving continuous improvement across programs. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or related field.
• Must complete EHS regulatory training for work area as described by PSM’s EHS Training Matrix.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level Management contact to the Customer to achieve maximum responsiveness and performance of account requirements.
• Coordinate with PSM Sales for contract or project growth opportunities beyond existing scopes and requirements.
• Forecast hardware and field services requirements towards revenue recognition.
• Provide leadership for PSM and customer specific safety policies and objectives.
• Coordinate project financials with project controlling and logistics with supply chain management.
