Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Now (WFN) product knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from initiation to closure.
• Create project plans with deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed org.
• Ensure milestones are met through oversight of resources.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with impacted departments.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members through project completion.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
• Direct project timeliness and budgets.
• Assess, manage, resolve and escape risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to project needs.
• Make timely decisions based on information and input.
• Handle high-complexity projects.
