Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of capital projects within manufacturing contexts. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HSSEQ, and external contractors to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering, 8+ years in capital projects, strong leadership, and expertise in project controls, budgeting, and cross-functional teamwork; PE or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering or capital project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, controls, budgeting, and execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital investment portfolio development and execution.
• Manage multiple capital projects from concept to startup.
• Ensure safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, costs, and resources.
• Coordinate among engineering, operations, maintenance, contractors.
• Provide project reporting and financial risk updates.
