Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Implementation Project Specialist L2 in New York. You will provide strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers, manage exclusive product projects, schedule and lead customer communications, and coordinate internal and external teams to a successful launch.

This role involves developing profit models, forecasts, and post-launch activities, plus collaborating with the department Director to qualify and implement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• 3 years of project management experience with operations or revenue responsibilities.
• Experience resolving problems with collaboration.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing with all organizational levels.
• Experience conducting customer calls to gather information and requirements.
• Experience formulating and driving project strategy towards a successful outcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers; manage all customer exclusive product projects to ensure profitable and sustainable business.
• Schedule and lead regular customer communication to gather/confirm customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external parties to a successful launch; provide direction on product development to meet customer requirements.
• Develop profit models; develop an initial forecast; set up business processes.
• Execute program launches and post-launch activities; work with department Director on qualifying and implementing opportunities.
