Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring an Implementation Project Specialist L2 in Miramar, FL. The role leads strategic direction on opportunities with customers and oversees exclusive product projects from planning through launch to ensure profitability.

You will drive requirements gathering, coordinate internal and external teams, and help develop forecasts and profit models for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and intranet/internet.
• 3 years' project management experience with operational or revenue-generating responsibilities.
• Experience resolving problems with collaboration.
• Experience with verbal and written communications with employees and customers.
• Experience conducting customer calls to gather information and requirements.
• Experience formulating and driving project strategy towards a successful outcome.
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Manage all customer exclusive product projects to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Schedule and lead regular customer communication to gather and confirm requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external parties to a successful launch.
• Provide direction on product development to meet customer requirements.
• Develop profit models and an initial forecast.
• Set up business processes; oversee program launch and post-launch activities.
• Work with department Director to qualify and implement opportunities.
