Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to drive new implementations and manage ongoing customer projects through the sales cycle. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers, ensuring timely execution from intake to post-implementation, while aligning pricing and profitability objectives.

The role requires strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across geographies and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5–10 years of related experience or education/experience mix.
• SAP/P21 skills are advantageous.
• Ability to read customer orders, drawings, and vendor references.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Travel up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing strategies and validate opportunities in sales cycles.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate customer requirements and solutions.
• Provide updates on project timelines and milestones to stakeholders.
• Communicate project opportunities and progress clearly and proactively.
• Meet or exceed execution KPIs and follow department processes.
• Analyze customer data to allocate resources and prepare proposals.
• Ensure pricing compliance with corporate strategies and profitability goals.
• Serve as the central contact for project communications.
