Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L1 in Chicago to manage onboarding activities and develop RFP/RFI/No-bid responses for the division. You will collaborate with Account Management to forecast, gather customer requirements, and set up business processes for successful program launches.

The role supports project qualification and implementation, with opportunities to contribute across post-launch activities and pricing strategies, while traveling up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFP/RFI/No-bid responses for the division and manage non-exclusive product/customer projects including onboarding activities.
• Develop profit models and support pricing; work with Account Management on forecasts.
• Gather and confirm customer requirements; perform business process setup and program launch activities.
• Assist Implementation Project Managers and Directors in qualifying and implementing opportunities.
