Medline Industries, LP is seeking a qualified professional to support cross-functional teams on pricing projects with aggressive timelines. You will analyze customer and GPO data, convert it into actionable insights, and ensure contract pricing aligns across accounts.

The role emphasizes project management, customer/vendor coordination, and ongoing price accuracy post go-live. A Bachelor's degree and Excel proficiency are required, with opportunities for SOP improvement and team onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience providing customer service to internal/external customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all project-related activities to meet timelines.
• Provide administrative support including progress tracking and documentation.
• Manage pricing communications related to distribution implementation for designated accounts.
• Engage with vendors, Sales, Implementation, GPOs, and customers to ensure contract pricing alignment.
• Escalate issues and develop resolution plans with management assistance.
• Monitor price accuracy for 30 days post go-live to ensure compliance.
• Onboard new team members in pricing projects and provide ongoing support and training.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with team to achieve measurable performance improvements within timelines.
