Medline Industries, LP seeks a pricing-focused professional to join a cross-functional team. You will manage project timelines, analyze customer and GPO data, and ensure contract pricing alignment across accounts.

Responsibilities include overseeing pricing communications, coordinating with Sales, Implementation, and internal stakeholders, and guiding onboarding and SOP improvements. A Bachelor's degree and pricing experience are preferred, with strong Excel and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Pricing experience preferred (1+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities to meet timelines.
• Manage all pricing communications for designated accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, GPOs, and customers on contract pricing.
• Address pricing misalignments with vendors and customers.
• Lead conference calls to educate customers on processes and timelines.
• Monitor price accuracy post go-live for 30 days.
• Onboard new team members and support SOPs.
• Escalate issues and develop resolution plans.
• Ensure open communication about obstacles and progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve performance.
