Medline Industries, LP is seeking a pricing project coordinator to join a cross-functional team in Illinois. You will analyze data from customers and GPOs, manage timelines, and convert data into actionable insights for contract pricing.

Responsibilities include overseeing pricing communications, educating customers on processes, coordinating with Sales, Implementation, and internal teams, and maintaining price accuracy after go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to meet timelines.
• Oversee pricing communications for designated accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, GPOs, and customers.
• Address pricing misalignments to meet contract expectations.
• Escalate issues and develop resolution plans with management.
