Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Chicago, IL seeks a detail-oriented project coordinator to support cross-functional teams on aggressive timelines. You will analyze customer and GPO data, gather eligibility, and connect contracts to each account while overseeing pricing communications and distribution implementations.

Responsibilities include coordinating all project activities, providing admin support, onboarding new team members, and maintaining price accuracy post go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (SUM, borders, width, charts, wrap, sort).
• Experience prioritizing, organizing, and tracking multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience presenting to and communicating with various audiences.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all project-related activities to meet timelines.
• Provide administrative support, including progress tracking and documentation.
• Oversee pricing communications related to distribution implementation for designated accounts.
• Engage with vendor community and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, GPOs, and customers for contract pricing alignment.
• Address pricing misalignments by working with vendors and customers to meet pricing and contract expectations.
• Lead conference calls to educate customers on processes, timelines, and required actions.
• Maintain open communication with customers, sales, and internal departments about obstacles and progress.
• Escalate issues and develop resolution plans with management assistance.
• Monitor price accuracy for 30 days post go-live to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding for new team members and provide ongoing training.
• Assist management in developing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with team to achieve measurable performance improvements.
