Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a software implementation consultant to lead government-focused deployments from kickoff to go-live, translating policy workflows into scalable Esper configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and drive data-driven improvements across projects.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, technical configuration, and ongoing optimization, with a focus on delivering compliant, scalable solutions for government clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation consulting or related client-facing roles.
• Experience configuring workflow-based SaaS platforms in professional services or post-sales.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, data migration, and structured content onboarding is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage new customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as technical POC for new customers deploying Esper.
• Translate customer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements into clean, scalable Esper configurations.
• Partner closely with other Professional Services team members, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Log billable hours accurately and on time in Teamwork, and maintain disciplined tracking of project status, scope, and milestones.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product to help Esper remain a must-have solution.
