Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in the United States (New York area) seeks a Senior Implementation Analyst to translate client context into structured inputs for product teams, working with Implementation Managers and delivery teams to support Product Owners.

The role leads discovery sessions, documents configurations, data mappings, and edge-case handling, reviews builds, and escalates gaps to Product as needed. Mentors junior analysts, participates in UAT, and develops training materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, client implementation, or technical documentation
• Healthcare or specialty pharmacy experience is required
• Ability to independently facilitate complex discovery sessions
• Proficient in documenting configurations, workflows, and edge cases
• Familiarity with Salesforce-based platforms and hub service workflows
• Understanding of data mapping and ETL concepts
• Experience with Jira or equivalent tools
• Agile familiarity and ability to frame gaps for product requests

Responsibilities

• Lead structured client discovery sessions for complex programs
• Translate conversations into configuration specifications, data mappings, and workflow docs
• Partner with Implementation Consultant to validate program design
• Review configuration and builds to ensure alignment with requirements
• Escalate gaps to Product when needs cannot be met
• Maintain current engagement documentation and standards
• Support junior analysts and review their work
• Participate in UAT and coordinate participant logistics
• Contribute to training and change management materials
• Own templates and knowledge base for supported programs
• Monitor hypercare and triage issues with urgency
